Our partner, Steve Dance is a highly experienced
technology risk manager and consultant. Currently Head of Consulting at Glen Abbot, he is responsible for their Solutions Delivery practice, advising clients on implementation and deployment in risk, business continuity and crisis management technology. Steve is a frequent speaker at many forums, including our Larger Councils’ event earlier this year. He has also written several books and articles.

Each agenda session, where appropriate, will reference a particular template, providing delegates with step-by-step guidance in the creation of business continuity plans for their council.
