A one day course covering MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Aimed at users with basic knowledge, this course fills in some of the gaps, explains how to get the most out of these three essential MS Office applications in a local council context, and explains how to make life easier using the many automated features available in these programs.
Introduces delegates to the most common and useful features of all three products for everyday use in local councils. Provides templates for common documents such as letters, newsletters, and budgets.
Who should attend?
Anyone who uses Microsoft Office in their day to day work and wants to use it better.

About the trainer:
Siobhan Allen is a qualified teacher and business studies graduate. She has a background in information technology.
She is an experienced teacher in IT in schools and in adult learning settings.
