Are you passionate about providing efficient, highly responsive services to meet the needs and aspirations of the Council and community?

The post holder will deputise and assist Frome Town Councils Chief Executive in carrying out her growing responsibilities, working with the council on policy development and implementation and increasing service delivery to the community.

We are looking for the skills of a senior manager with a key focus on performance and people management to ensure effective delivery of outcomes.

A high level of senior administrative, financial, interpersonal and communication skills is essential together with practical experience of project management.

In addition the post holder will also be expected to lead and develop the Council's Financial Service and act as the Responsible Finance Officer.
