Other Officers - councillors and all other council officers are very welcome at the RTS, and if their clerk is a member of the SLCC they will also be entitled to the member's rate. We are also pleased to offer a £10 discount for each councillor and officer accompanying their clerk.
The Welsh Bursary Scheme - The Minister for Public Services has agreed to continue the training bursary for another year. This will be available to clerks in Wales up until 28th February 2019 (can be used for the Conference for Wales). The bursary scheme will then be reviewed after this date.

Your registration will secure you a place on the Regional Training Seminar. Your booking will then be confirmed and invoices issues approximately 3 weeks before the event. At a similar time you will also be sent a delegate list and joining instructions detailing the venue, agenda and other details relevant to the event.
We advise that you do not purchase non-refundable travel tickets to the event until you have received confirmation from the SLCC, which will be finalised 2 weeks before the event. Many travel companies do not offer refunds on advanced bookings and the SLCC will not be held liable in the unlikely event of cancellation.
