This course is designed to equip clerks with the skills and tools required to meet challenging situations head on, overcome set-backs and have the inner resources to succeed in their profession.


The training explores practical strategies that promote resilience using discussion, presentation, group challenges and individual reflection. A tailored approach, metrics and assisted action planning enable participants to impactfully apply learning. The course will draw on a rich evidence base of psychology and neurobiology research findings.

*Joining instructions will be sent to you 3 weeks before the event and your invoice will be sent 5 days after the event. We advise that, on receipt of the joining instructions, you are liable for any fees incurred in order to attend the event.

At a similar time you will be sent a delegate list and joining instructions detailing the venue, parking, trainer and any other details relevant to the course.  It is advised not to book your travel until the course is confirmed and you have received your joining instructions.
