This was an excellent course, just right for a beginner or someone looking to renew their skills. The trainer was very good and explained everything so well, would thoroughly recommend.”
Angela Howells, Westerham Town Council

“This course has given me so much more confidence when using Excel, I made do before and fluffed my way through it but now have the skills to take it to the next level.”
Rebecca Duffus, Sheerness Town Council

About the Trainer

Lynne began training in 1987 as a Commercial Skills Instructor, initially delivering a range of courses in typing, shorthand, office practice and word processing enabling young adults and adults returning to work to achieve various Royal Society of Arts (RSA) qualifications.

Since 1990 Lynne has dedicated her career to delivering a variety of end-user software applications from both Adobe and Microsoft. Specialising in documentation, she has delivered training around the world both face-to-face and in the past two years, online via zoom and teams.

She has been involved in many projects and rollouts in both the public and private sectors, designing and delivering both scheduled and bespoke courses and one-to-one coaching sessions. She has also created accompanying course materials.

Lynne studied part-time to achieve a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Educational Practice at Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 2009.

Her strengths combine organisation, planning, communication and being able to work well in a team or unsupervised. She always tries to make her training sessions relevant, interactive, and fun. She is very enthusiastic and always encourages people to learn and in doing so, to take an active part in the sessions she delivers.
