Menopause Awareness for HR and Line Managers (8 March)
Overview
This 3-hour webinar about menopause will look at how HR and line managers can support employees in the workplace.
It will help to define the difference between perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, including what the symptoms are, as well as discuss the myths, facts and impact of menopause on women’s lives and careers.

- Brief review on the Government Report, detailing the importance of taking menopause in the workplace seriously

About the Trainer
Sue Crabtree is a registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC) based in West Sussex. Her time is currently divided between her private clients, lecturing at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and running Workplace Health Workshops for managers and their employees.
Sue specialises in corporate wellbeing: focusing on the health of staff, andropause, menopause and mental health in the workplace. Through educating both managers and staff in these areas has helped improve working relations, reduce absenteeism and increase productivity.
Sue worked alongside Public Health West Sussex for several years where she was part of the Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention program for bariatric clients.
She has written several articles for Runners World and Style magazine and delivered nutrition workshops and seminars to various organisations, businesses, charities and schools.
Sue also runs talks on pre-diabetes on behalf of Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). She has a strong interest in the topic of nutrition and applies research skills to continuously develop her knowledge base.
