ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management

The level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is designed for practicing middle managers, helping them to develop their skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities.

This course is conducted over a 12 month period, and there are no formal academic entry requirements to undertake this course.

The learning is a combination of online and tutorials, self directed research and a number of taught sessions in the form of four two day study days, and one virtual. (This Diploma has a fifth in person workshop)

How do I study?

This course is combined with learning workshops, tutorials and self-study assignments designed for you to develop your leadership abilities and gain further knowledge. There will be 12 workshop sessions and 2 tutorials over 12 months.

About the trainer

Josie has 20 years experience in the FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices industry where as a board director of Beiersdorf UK Ltd she was responsible for maximising revenue and profitability.  Her particular expertise and passion lies in the area of people and organisational development. With a philosophy that an organisation can only reach it’s full potential through developing and motivating its people.

In 2000 Josie started her own Business Consultancy Bruck Payne Associates in Royal Wootton Bassett.  Building on a passion for developing people’s potential, Josie works to create a learning environment that enables individuals to develop existing skills and discover unknown talents; and by doing so add value to the organisation and themselves.

In the area of leadership development, Josie has helped clients understand the leadership qualities required to enable them to realise their company vision, and provided coaching, facilitation and tools such as 360° appraisal to encourage and develop their leadership qualities in line with corporate values.
