On 10 January 2022, SLCC again joined forces with the Association of Democratic Services Officers (ADSO), Lawyers in Local Government (LLG), the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) and the Centre for Governance and Scrutiny (CFGS), to write to the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, Michael Gove MP, to offer to work with government to agree the governance framework within which remote/hybrid meetings should take place.
