Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Courses (see the professional development section)
CPD provides in-depth training opportunities for practitioners working for, or involved with Local Councils. Local Councils deal with a multitude of activities and issues. In depth knowledge with such matters gives us confidence and self fulfillment. We must all have been in situations where we have been challenged, or where we just don’t know or even worse where we stumble on just hoping for light at the end of the tunnel. CPD is there to help and to inspire. Courses also provide practitioners with professional accreditation giving those essential points to help Institute members re-accredit each year. Please note that you do not need to be a member of the Institute to benefit from the courses.
