Consultation on amendments to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 as applied to groundwater activities and related surface water discharge activities.

The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is inviting views on nine proposed amendments to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 as applied to groundwater activities and some related surface water discharge activities. This consultation, which is being carried out by DEFRA, will be open from Wednesday 29 September to Wednesday 22 December 2021.
