Since updating our agendas following your training session our meetings have changed for the better. Bringing the clerks report to the start of the meeting and tidying up the rest of the order has made meetings flow better, speeded them up and made them more productive. Thank you for improving the life of this clerk. I am certainly encouraging colleagues to take up refresher training (as this was for me) because it is so easy to get into bad habits.
Jason Mawer, Clerk to Warfield Parish Council

New and experienced clerks will benefit from this training, not only for its practical advice on agenda and minute writing but also for the clear and concise restatement of the legal and procedural requirements for the conduct of meetings.
