Learn the top appraisal techniques to motivate your employees, as well as identifying areas for improvement.

Good appraisals are fundamental in the employer/employee relationship and offer both parties a key opportunity for giving feedback and agreeing work goals and development needs.

Without regular and effective appraisals, the council risks wasting effort on the wrong priorities and even subsequent employment problems if performance or attendance become an issue.

SLCC is offering a one-hour webinar called “Let’s Talk” designed for those appraising staff.

Course Content

The webinar will explore the basics of appraisal, share tips for before, during and after the face to face meetings and explain how to get the most from this frequently dreaded process.
