A very good session explaining the legal framework of power within Local Councils. The slides were clear, the explanations very cogent, and all the materials related to the Clerk’s role in navigating this contentious area. The event length was just right!”
Michael Sharpe, Newchurch Parish Council

Excellent session. It clarified a lot of the confusion surrounding committees. Participation from other clerks also helped to enhance the learning. Excellent trainer – very clear and unpicked some of the trickier aspects.”
Jill Ellison, St Asaph City Council

I’m currently working on the committee part of CiLCA, so this webinar was very useful for that, as well as for the council work in general.”
Eugene Smith, Perry Parish Council
