About the Trainer

Like many clerks, Yvonne Colverson fell into the profession after a varied career covering horticulture, customer service management, the care industry and time as a school bursar. Yvonne is currently Clerk to Glapwell Parish Council in Derbyshire and has over 10 years’ experience in the sector. She also runs webinars to support students in achieving their ILCA qualification.
