In these difficult times, parish and town councils want to do all they can to help their communities. This webinar will give you practical guidance for helping vulnerable people in your community, working with other organisations and supporting volunteers.

About the Trainer
Like many clerks, Yvonne Colverson fell into the profession after a varied career covering horticulture, customer service management, the care industry and time as a school bursar. Yvonne is currently Clerk to North Wingfield Parish Council in Derbyshire and has over 10 years’ experience in the sector. She acts as an Advisor within SLCC’s Advisory Service and also runs webinars to support students in achieving their ILCA qualification.
