Overview

This session builds on the Employment: The Basics webinar by providing more detailed insights into the disciplinary and grievance procedures. It offers a guide through each procedure, what can / can’t be done and when, as well as giving examples of when you can fairly dismiss (or not).

In regard to the grievance procedure, this session will go into when it should be used and the follow up actions that ensue.

This webinar is designed as guide for anybody who manages staff and wants to know more about how it is done, what the pitfalls can be and how they can be avoided. If this is you then why not book your place.
