Session 1: Monday 6 June 10:00am – 11:30am (1.5 hours, with a 15 minute break)

- Your role in health and safety
Session 2: Monday 13 June 10:00am – 1:00pm (3 hours, with a 30 minute break)
- The principles and purpose of risk assessment
- How to undertake a general risk assessment.
- Contracted work and its safety
Session 3: Monday 20 June 10:00am – 11:30am (1.5 hours, with a 15 minute break)
- The role and benefit of monitoring health and safety
- The importance of incident investigation and basic investigation skills
Please note: your booking confirmation email will state all sessions as running from 10am – 1pm. However the correct timings are as noted above, and for clarity will be stated again in the joining instructions email you receive prior to the first webinar.

Joining instructions will be sent to you 3 weeks before the event and your invoice will be sent before the event. We advise that, on receipt of the joining instructions, you are liable for any fees incurred in order to attend the event.
About the Trainer
Heather Bailey (BSc(hons) MCIEH)
Heather is currently a Health and Safety Consultant for Norfolk County Council.
Prior to assuming her current role Heather worked at several London local authorities. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and has over 24 years’ experience working for local government organisations, this includes roles across environmental health departments and working with the public health teams. With an extensive working knowledge of health and safety legislation and a strong commitment to collaborate with businesses to ensure compliance and continual improvement, Heather is committed to assisting businesses maintain and improve their standards in health and safety. She enjoys coaching and delivering training and working with other likeminded professionals to deliver top quartile services to her stakeholders.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys long walks with her dog and
open water swimming.
