Overview

The training specifically covers conflict management; a thread of management essential to the Clerking industry given the depth and breadth of communications and dealings Clerks have with other people and organisations.

The training further supports SLCC’s “Civility and Respect Project” (SLCC, 2022) which has identified bullying, harassment, and intimidation in the industry.

The event will be interactive, enabling attendees to actively learn new coping skills and mechanisms, whilst building relationships with other professionals in the town and parish sector.  The event will conclude with the opportunity to taste some local wines whilst networking with colleagues in an historical and beautiful location.
