This webinar will cover:

  • what to say on your social media posts at the moment that will work best for your audience
  • how to keep your audience engaged through the crisis
  • managing negativity when tensions are running high

You’ll also have the opportunity to pose any questions about how to approach your social media right now.

About the Trainer

Sam Flynn has been training businesses in the use of social media for over 9 years. Sam has a background in business psychology, and she uses this a lot in her training to help businesses understand how to build relationships with their online audience. Sam delivers training in house to organisations, group workshops and online. She also speaks regularly at events worldwide about achieving success on social media. And she has written a book – Social Media Super Success. Sam loves seeing her clients take action and achieve their objectives on social media.
