Proposed Reforms to the National Planning Policy Framework in England: What Clerks Need to Know (7 February)
The Government has launched its consultation on the proposed reforms to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and its supporting documents.
This webinar (hosted by Andrew Towlerton MRTPI, the SLCC’s National Planning Advisor) will outline some of the proposed changes to the Government’s planning policies for England and what implications they will have, if adopted, for local councils and clerks. It will also guide the SLCC’s and its member’s responses to the consultation, which closes on 2 March 2023.
There will be an opportunity at the end for discussion and to ask questions.
More information about the consultation can be found at Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill: reforms to national planning policy.
