Course outline

Often the moment can happen so quickly we don’t have time to raise our eyelids to the ceiling in an eye-rolling gesture yet alone have a witty or even sensible comeback. The blood boiling can take a long time to cool.

In this webinar, we discuss how to react to sexism against women. Covering:

  • How to react without escalating the issue
  • How men can be allies
  • How women can unknowingly be complicit to the sexism
  • How to have difficult conversations and feel empowered
  • The psychology behind the male and female dynamic
  • Why we women feel rage (it’s not always hormones!)
  • The society narrative and its impact on us all

This webinar is a discussion about situations women experience every day. However, it is not a woman’s issue, and men are very welcome to take part in this webinar. There will be no male-bashing or blaming, and men who see themselves as allies and even feminists are more than welcome.
