Join the second event in SLCC’s Big50 series!

This session is now FULLY BOOKED.

This interesting and interactive discussion session with Professor of Public Policy at De Montfort University, Steven Griggs will once again explore the results of the 2021 Sector Survey, building upon the Local Governance Research Centre’s exclusive feature article which ran in the March 2022 edition of The Clerk magazine.

This lunchtime session is fully participatory and participants who sign up should be willing to join in with the discussion where we will explore:

  • Are local council’s making the most of the resources at their disposal?
  • If not, who or what is to blame?

We’re keen to hear your views on the topics above and explore ways forward for the sector as part of SLCC’s Big50 series – celebrating 50 years of the professional body for local council clerks and senior council employees.

Please note that this event is for SLCC members.

Thursday 19 May, 12:30pm – 2:00pm – FULLY BOOKED
