Overview
As the public are becoming more aware of their personal data rights, Data Protection professionals have seen a marked increase in, not just the number of Subject Access Requests being submitted over the past 12 months, but also the complexity of those requests.
Handling a Subject Access Request can take days, weeks, even months out of a person’s working pattern. And with statutory deadlines, and non-compliance potentially subject to those high-profile fines that came with GDPR, any delay in the process could be very costly.
As an organisation, are you ready?
Can you identify a Subject Access Request?
Do you know what to do if you get one?
Do you have the necessary expertise and resources available to be able to handle one?
This session can help you to answer “YES” to all those questions!
