Course outline

Have you ever wondered about our feelings of depression, anxiety, grief and sadness? ‘Mental illness’ seems to take so many forms, from people who are miserable because of their life situation to those suffering the most excruciating grief over the loss of a loved one. In many cases, can we even call it an illness or is it a natural reaction to uncertain times? Is there such a thing as a chemical imbalance in the brain?

This webinar’s ambition is to uncover some of the reasons behind why we may go through dark times, give us tools to move through them and allow us to understand ourselves and our work colleagues, friends and family when struggling.
