Following the success of D-Day 80, where over 1,000 Beacons and Lamp Lights of Peace illuminated the night on 6 June 2024 commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day landings, we are now looking ahead to the 80th Anniversary of VE Day on 8 May 2025 – celebrating the end of the war in Europe and WWII.
Please come to the session with your questions ready. This interactive webinar won’t have a formal presentation but will instead be shaped by your specific queries – designed for you to get the most out of your hour.

About the Trainer
Bruno Peek CVO OBE OPR – Pageantmaster, has been responsible for a large number of the biggest celebrations for more than three decades.
Bruno Peek notably served as the Queen’s beacon pageant master during her Golden, Diamond, and Platinum Jubilees. His responsibilities include coordinating international beacon-lighting ceremonies across the Commonwealth in tribute to the Monarch’s reign.
Other famous events he has organised include the annual Fly a Flag for the Commonwealth, 50th and 70th Anniversary VE Day Beacons.
