3 March 2022The International Institute for Municipal Clerks (IIMC) is encouraging members to join their Athenian Leadership Society.
The Athenian Leadership Society is an advanced IIMC Leadership Development Program. It focuses on helping municipal clerks to develop their critical thinking skills and increase their leadership ability – ultimately supporting improvements in local government.
This is achieved through ‘dialogues’ which are day long events which are held throughout all of IIMC’s regions.
