Council: The Ivers Parish Council
Salary: Within the range £37,500 - £45,000 a year

The Ivers Parish Council is seeking highly organised and committed applicants to undertake this key role which is responsible for the administration, organisation and management of the council’s services, facilities and finances.
This is an exciting time to be joining our small but dedicated team as we seek to deliver a Neighbourhood Plan for the Ivers, develop our Community Hub and take on new functions and assets from the incoming Unitary Buckinghamshire Authority on 1 April 2020. You will therefore need to be enthusiastic, flexible and community-focused with a hands-on style and sound administrative, inter-personal, finance and IT skills in order to work successfully with councillors, external organisations, stakeholders and community groups.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in the Public Sector, perhaps as an assistant or deputy clerk looking to further your career, or similar environment, such as a principal authority, and possess or be willing to obtain the Certificate in Local Council Administration qualification. Evening meeting attendance is required generally once or so a month.
