St Agnes Parish Council seek a well-organised, proactive administrator to handle the council’s property and public spaces to start April or later, adjusting for COVID.
You will devise maintenance schedules, ensure compliance, and manage a small team. You will also plan and deliver new projects to use public open space for the good of the community and the wider environment. This brand-new position offers variety and flexibility, and the ability to meaningfully shape the public spaces of this beautiful part of Cornwall. You will be an excellent team player and communicator and use initiative and take responsibility for outcomes.
The role is a mixture of office and home-based; it is permanent and includes an enhanced package of employee benefits including Local Government Pension and automatic annual pay increases.
