Salary: SCP point 29 – £33,486 per annum, pro rata depending on qualifications and experience, and rising to SCP point 32 – £36,371 per annum plus Local Government Pension Scheme
Hours: Part time contract of 22.5 hours per week. This includes some evening work and occasional weekend working.
Location: Home working, Laptop and Printer provided.
The Parish Council is seeking to appoint an innovative, forward thinking and proactive Parish Clerk/Responsible Finance Officer who will help lead the council into a more sustainable and greener future while maintaining our links with the past.
Boyatt Wood Parish Council was formed in April 2022 so is still in its infancy, if you have the knowledge, enthusiasm, vision and commitment to take the Council forward we would like to hear from you.
You will have a proven track record in administrative, website and financial management together with the necessary skills in people management and leadership, communication and organisation. Ideally, you will already be CiLCA qualified or equivalent, but we would consider an exceptional candidate who is committed to obtaining this within twelve months of appointment.
