Biggleswade is a thriving market town within the Central Bedfordshire area. The town council serves a population of 20,200 with a 40% increase in population  anticipated over the next few years.

In addition to a wide range of facilities managed by the council, it is currently overseeing the preparation of a Neighbourhood Plan and intends to continue working with its partners to create a new programme of events and services to benefit the community.
