Do you have a passion to lead a team in a progressive council? Do you share delivering the council’s vision of serving the community?

Wimborne Minster is a small, historic market town in Eastern Dorset with a growing population currently circa 7,500 and serving a wider community of circa 15,000. The number of households in the Town is set to grow by nearly 50% in line with the Dorset Council Local Plan.

You are a forward-thinking, collaborative and creative individual and will build on the high-quality reputation of the council.
