28 March 2025The Smaller Authorities’ Proper Practices Panel (SAPPP), formally the Joint Panel on Accountability and Governance (JPAG), has issued its 2025 edition of the Practitioners’ Guide.
Please note that the guide applies to Annual Governance and Accountability Returns (AGARs) in respect of the financial year commencing on or after 1 April 2025 and ending on 31 March 2026.
This year’s Practitioners’ Guide has a few changes which are detailed here, including a requirement for every authority to have a generic email account hosted on an authority owned domain, for example [email protected] or [email protected].
