The 2022 edition of the Practitioners’ Guide has just been released. The guide applies to Annual Governance and Accountability Returns in respect of financial years commencing on or after 1 April 2022. As there are no changes to the guidance, simply clarification of proper practices, it can be applied to Annual Governance and Accountability Returns
In response to a recent number of enquiries, Joint Panel on Accountability and Governance (JPAG) has issued clarification and further advice on how these items should be recorded in the AGAR.
