Blachere Scholarship Winner Announced
Many congratulations to Celia Price, Clerk to Upper Beeding Parish Council in West Sussex, who is the deserving recipient of the Blachere Scholarship and receives £1,000 towards the Level 4 tuition fee for the Community Governance course. This extremely difficult decision was made by Garry Brown of Blachere Illuminations and Rob Smith, Chief Executive, SLCC.
