31 March 2025Following the ballot in the by-election for a Regional Director – Wales which closed on Friday 28 March, we are pleased to announce that the successful candidate was Tony Graham FSLCC, Town Clerk/Chief Executive to Pontypridd Town Council. The turnout for the by-election was the strongest we have seen since 2018 and we would like to thank all those who stood for office and who voted and in so doing kept democracy at SLCC alive and well.
Tony will be joining current directors for Wales, Sharron Jones FSLCC and Ed Humphreys FSLCC, and will officially take his seat with immediate effect until the end of the AGM in 2028.
