I attended the Health & Safety course to gain more knowledge in managing Health & Safety at my Town Council. The course was excellent and I came away with so much information, knowledge and confidence that I can now pass on to my team. We are in fact going to have a Health & Safety workshop day where we are going to review our risk assessments as a group. In particular I asked the trainer the question 'How can I sell Health and Safety to my staff?' I came away brimming with ideas on how to do this. We had a work book to work with and this was full of up to date information as well as a number of case studies specifically relating to our sector. I fully recommend this course.
