"No matter how long you've been a Clerk, how large or small your council, there is doubtless something valuable you will learn. The tutor has a fountain of knowledge and experience in this sector which has different VAT rules to the commercial sector. I have been a Clerk for 12 years and a long while since I did an 'Inland Revenue' VAT course. After a VAT inspection last January, I decided to refresh my understanding and learn about new aspects. Always valuable to sit with other clerks and hear their interesting questions and topics - definitely adds to your own learning experience."
Cathy Tibbles, Castle Bromwich Parish Council
