Salary: SCP 24-28 £31,099-£34,723 per annum (Local Government Pension Scheme and free parking)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Role: To manage the day-to-day operation of the Councils finances including three independent charities and one trade account

Purton is a thriving village in Wiltshire with a population of 6700. Our annual precept is £352,281.  The successful applicant must have experience in areas such as managing the finances of the Council, maintaining, and closing year end accounts, budget preparation, charity experience, comprehensive understanding of the financial audit sector and mandatory requirement to be able to give advice when required.
