National Conference goes hybrid!

Time Published 11 May 2021

Following the success of our Virtual National Conference in 2020, Practitioners’ Conference earlier this year and in response to members’ feedback, we are excited to announce that the 2021 National Conference will now include a virtual offering to enable delegates to attend remotely!

As a member-led organisation, our ethos is to provide training, advice and support to all of our members and we hope the addition of this virtual package will make this conference more accessible to those from smaller or more remote councils who may not have had the opportunity to attend previously.

What can I expect from the virtual experience?

  • Live access to 12 inspiring, keynote sessions taking place in the main conference room. Sessions will be delivered by a expert speakers including a luminary speaker from the sector (to be announced)
  • Opportunity to join the live Q&A in the main room
  • Ability to view the informative sessions taking place in the break-out rooms via a recorded link after the event. This link will be available to virtual delegates for 30 days after the event.
  • CPD points – accrue CPD points to increase your knowledge as well as building your CPD log. To be eligible to claim the full 4 CPD points you will need to have attended at least 10 sessions, i.e. 5 sessions per day over 2 days. CPD points are self-awarded

Attend as a virtual delegate for £100 + VAT for members or £175 + VAT for non-members.

Those who attend in person can expect to enjoy the wide variety of topics, inspirational speakers, Q&A sessions, one-to-one advice surgeries and a huge range of networking opportunities that National Conference has to offer as well as a being able to view the sessions after the event for up to 60 days.
