About the Trainer:
Patricia Marks is an entrepreneur with business interests in retail, consultancy, project management and training and development. Patricia started her career in cosmetic manufacturing.
As the current Regional Chair of Somerset and Wiltshire Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Patricia is actively involved in campaigns to support small businesses to become more resource efficient, more dynamic and profitable.
